Modular Structure of the Double Degree Program
The degree program consists of a number of modules. One module corresponds to one learning unit, summarizing familiar course contents. Each module covers one semester maximum, or two semesters in exceptional cases. In order to allow for the accreditation, transfer and communication of assignments between the universities and across countries, an evaluation is carried out according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). This enables German and international students alike to better understand and compare the courses of study and to facilitate the planning of their stay at another university.
